This group was born during the TPSR Conference in June 5-7, 2008 (UIC-Chicago). After a conversation Andrea, Karen and Rosiane decided to organize this group to help each other to address several shared questions:
How can we implement the model in special education classes at school or in after-school programs?
Which adaptations are needed in these classes?
How can we teach the model for students at College or for teachers?
Which difficult we can find?
Group Purposes:
To implement the model in special education/inclusive classes at school or in after-school program;
To teach students and teachers how to implement the model;
To conduct research in special education or inclusive context (instruments, strategies, results and evaluation).
Who can join the group?
Students, teachers, coaching, and professors those work or have interesting about the TPSR in special population (Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, etc).
